【摘要】:ISO28199specifiesmethodsfortheevaluationofcoatingmaterialsinresearch,developmentandproductionwithregardtotheirsuitabilityandsafetyforindustrialprocesses,anderroranalysis.Thepropertiesofcoatingmaterialsandcoatingstobeevaluateddependonthefilmthickness.Forthispurpose,acoatingsystemofincreasingthicknesswillbeappliedtoatestpanelunderdefinedconditionsThefollowingcharacteristicsaremeasured:-filmthicknessinaccordancewithISO2808;-surfacetexture;-colourinaccordancewithISO7724;-glossinaccordancewithISO2813(optional).Incombinationwithvisualassessment,thefollowingpropertiesaredetermined:-colourstability,processhidingpower,resolving,oversprayabsorption,wetting,surfacetexture,mottling;-tendencytosagging,formationofbubbles,pinholing,hidingpower.ThispartofISO28199specifiesthedeterminationoftendencytosagging,formationofbubbles,pinholingandhidingpower.
