【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardwasdevelopedtohelpparticlesizeanalystsmakegooddispersionsfrompowder/liquidcombinationswithwhichtheyarenotexperienced.Itprovidesproceduresfor—wettingapowderintoaliquid;—deagglomeratingthewettedclumps;—determiningifsolutioncompositioncanbeadjustedtopreventreagglomeration;—selectingdispersingagentstopreventreagglomeration;—evaluatingthestabilityofthedispersionagainstreagglomeration.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoparticlesranginginsizefromapproximately0,05to100urn.Itprovidesaseriesofquestionsonthenatureofthepowderandliquidinvolved.Theanswersareusedwithchartsthatguidetheusertogenericdispersingagentsthatarelikelytobesuitablefordispersingthepowderintheliquid.ThisInternationalStandardappliesonlytothepreparationofsimple,dilutedispersions(lessthan1%byvolumesolids)forparticlesizeanalysis.Itdoesnotdealwiththeformulationofcomplexandcommercialmixtureshighlyloadedwithsolids,suchaspaints,inks,pharmaceuticals,herbicidesandcompositeplastics.
