【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproductiontestsandinspections,andmarkingrequirementsforposition-indicatinglightsusedinconjunctionwithvariousitemsoflife-savingequipment,includingsurvivalcraftinteriorlights.Specifically,itappliestoposition-indicatinglightswhichhavebeentypeapprovedbyoronbehalfofanationalmaritimesafetyadministration,totherequirementsoftheInternationalMaritimeOrganizationLSACode,foruseinshipssubjecttotherequirementsoftheInternationalConventionfortheSafetyofLifeatSea(SOLAS),1974(asamended).Thebasicprinciplesmayalsobeconsideredsuitableforposition-indicatinglightsmanufacturedtootherthantheIMOrequirements.
